Can't log into my account, can't access help until I log into my account, can't submit a ticket unless I log into my account. Emails to customer service are not responded to. Help.

Geni Support Team Hi Gene, if you have sent us an email to subscriptions@geni.com, you should have received an automatic reply with a ticket number. Can you please let us know that ticket number so that we can look into this?
