Or the message “Geni will be right back!” appears.
I tried logging in from another browser - it doesn’t help, the error persists.

What is the name you are searching? Does it only happen when you try to search or do you get the error when you try to view other pages on the site?
I'm looking for the first and last name Kaisa Partanen.
The error only occurs when searching.
I tried just searching for "Partanen" - no error.
I tried searching for "Katarina Partanen" - no error.
I tried just searching for "Kaisa" - there was an error.
And "Kaisa Partanen" - there was an error.

P. S. Now I have discovered another name with an error - "Pahl Ikonen".
Our team still needs to investigate the issue. We think this may have something to do with the genitive case rule for Russian translations, which is causing the search to run slowly.
As a work around while we are working on this, you can change your site language to English, which should then display the search results without any issues.
Yes, but in the search I enter names in English and the search result is also in English.
But the error occurs only on specific names...
