Don't send inconsistency notices about male relatives who have no birth surname!

I am getting tons of inconsistency notices about male relatives with missing birth surnames. You need to correct your code! It should not be necessary to enter a male's surname twice. It is completely redundant.

  Hi Dan, you do not need to enter the surname twice. We show the "Birth surname is missing" inconsistency on any profile with no birth surname, and whose last name does not appear to match either parents' last name or birth surname.  

  Note: profiles with patronymic surnames, and profiles of persons born before the year 1200 are exempted from this check.

  If the information on the profile is correct, then you can simply mark it correct for all users by clicking "Ignore" for the inconsistency and select "Mark correct for all users."
