Hacked profile

Hi, I’ve had two people recently called Peter James Davidson and John Albert Rigali edit a lot of the profiles I manage, duplicate things or record inconsistencies. They are both from a different country and I have no connection to them so I can only assume they are hackers? I also cannot view anyone’s tree profile from my family tree or my own. Please help as I don’t know what to do to fix this and I have spent many years building up this profile which I now can’t see.

  Hi Laura, no that does not mean they are hackers. As a reminder, Geni is a shared, collaborative family tree of the world. Users can work together to edit public parts of the family tree. 

  Can you please provide more details when you say you "cannot view anyone's tree profile" or your own profile? Do you receive an error? Does your profile page load?

  Hi, my name is Bruce Dittmer. I am sure a woman named Elizabeth Whiu is taking over the profiles I did in the past. I have spotted two profiles: Elizabeth Faulkner and Harriet Cook. She has them from May, and June 2023 I know I did these Profiles three or four years ago. Now her name is on them my name has gone completely Elizabeth also uses the name Elizabeth Hine Aroha Whiu. I am very disappointed about this. I do a lot of research on people's profiles to make sure they are correct. Can you please help me with this problem? I am worried she will keep going. Thank You Bruce
