why cant i go to my tree and look for person i get directed to payment page???? very mysterious, there has never been anything like this before..

Job Waterreus As a Basic user you can only access profiles you or your collaborators manage using the Geni Search Screen without hitting the pay-wall.
You can use an external search engine like Google to search for public profiles (for google add site:geni.com to your search)

Geni Support Team Hi Hanne, as previously stated, search is a premium feature. Basic members may access profiles they manage or collaborate on in the search results for free. These profiles are indicated with a green check mark.
