By mistake I added Anita Berk as my grand-daughter. Please remove her completely from my tree. Anita is NOT related to me at all. Thank you. Isaac Hirsch

  I have reversed the merge you did and restored both profiles.

  When I log in, I can still see everything Anita Berk added to her profile. Why? And when I type her name in the search, she still comes up as granddaughter. Why? Is she still part of my family? Please explain. Thank you.

  If you are able to undo a merge, would you also be able to unmerge Harry Ross from Harry Skirving Ross?

  Susan, I've undone the merge.  

  Isaac, the relationship was a cached one and should not longer apply.  I do see a duplicate tree of your nice though created by her husband, which should probably be merged.
