Unmerged people - but it looks like we're still connected.

You un-merged Anita Berk from my family, and the tree looks better. But when I log in, I can see everything Anita Berk added to HER tree. Why? And when I type her name in the search, she still comes up as granddaughter. Why? Is she still part of my family? Please explain. Thank you.
