I upgraded to pro on Nov. 19th, but when I try to view a record match I'm asked to upgrade again.

Jeff, Geni Curator Record Matches and Smart Matches are part of the MyHeritage Data Subscription, not the Geni Pro Subscription.
Geni Pro is about being more collaborative in the world tree (advanced searching, tree matches, media storage, pro support, etc). MyHeritage Data Subscription is more about research and finding new insights (Smart Matches / Record Matches ).

Jeff, Geni Curator If you're not on the free trial and fully purchased a year of Pro, you may be able to switch it by contacting subscriptions@geni.com.

Paul Ray Clarke The distinctions between the various kinds of membership are not made clear. What are the differences between Pro, Pro/Plus and Primium Plus? I now see that the web page soliciting me to upgrade belongs to MyHeritage, and that to get the access that I believed was provided with Geni Pro would cost me an additional $55 and change. The page describing benefits of Pro membership, http://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229706367-What-are-the-benefits-of-a-Geni-Pro-membership-, implies full access to tree matches. There is no mention that matches from MyHeritage are excluded. I consider this a bait and switch.

Jeff, Geni Curator Geni only has Pro and Basic. Premium and Premium Plus are MyHeritage tree subscriptions, which bundle various site features.
Both sites offer the data subscription.
Tree matches (blue) are Geni Pro. Record Matches (orange) and Smart Matches (green) are through the data subscription.
As a user myself, I admit that it's a confusing model and that it could be presented more clearly. You may want to voice your concern to subscriptions@geni.com, where they have the ability to update the subscription page to better reflect the offerings.

Carole Anne Hammond I just purchased a subscription and came here to find out why I can’t access anything, to discover My Heritage is attempting to deceive its customers. What is it with these companies swindling family heritage??? Thank god I went through Paypal and can now cancel everything. I’ll also be making a formal complaint to the ACCC. This is intentional deception.
