I’m not able to match people even thought relation is confirmed. Is it broken or how do I get connected with relatives? Can someone help me get my account to work with my match’s as it’s not finding relationship even though it says match. Please help. Thank you

  Hi Nura, can you please provide a specific example and more details about your issue? What type of match did you find? What do you mean when you say it does not show your relationship in the tree?

  If the trees are not yet connected and you have received a Tree Match, then you will need to complete the merge for the duplicate profiles before the relationship path can be recalculated.
