This is my 2nd ticket. My mom and my profiles are mixed up. I tried creating a new account to merge with my old one, but I was unable to do so. My email address is lynnhaas4@charter.net. It is no longer lynnhaas@charter.net, despite my many attempts to change it. I also tried logging out of my mom’s account as suggested in my first ticket. My mom is Edna Mae Schwarz I’m Lynn M Haas. Somehow I’ve become my mother. I feel like I’ve read everything and tried everything. I am quite invested in Geni, and I don’t want to lose all my hours of research under my own profile.

  Hi Lynn, I see that you had claimed your mother's account with the email address lynnhaas4@charter.net and then edited the profile so it reflected your name instead. 

  We have now moved the email address lynnhaas4@charter.net from your mother's profile to your original account. Please try logging in again. We have also restored your mother's profile to before your last edits.
