I need to move a family member to a different parent...help me.

  Go to the child and edit profile, select the relationship tab. Then use the parent drop down menu to either select the correct parents or move closer to them where you can try again. If you want help doing it, you'll need to provide sufficient profile information so I know which profile to move where.
