Family tree merge

Hello,

I am a college student that needs my family tree for history class. I did a bunch of research and I was able to trace my line back quite a way. however I returned to print my tree today and was only shown 16 people, I went clicking through the little trees but my line was lost. I only need my basic family tree for now not everyone and their cousin. I understand how geni works but I was hoping for a way to show my direct tree only.

  Faith, if you go to the bottom of the tree page, there is an option for "Preferences".  There is a check box for direct ancestors only.  Then increase the visible ancestors.  Alternatively, there is a box at the bottom right that gives you a 5 generation view.  Another way to view it is via your actions menu and click Ancestor Report.
