Cannot login, do not want to renew subscription

Dear Sir/Madam

I am an annual MyHeritage subscriber, but I only subscribe to Geni Pro occasionally. I am unable to get into my account xxxxxx.xxxxx@xxxx.xx.xx (and now write from another I have: xxxxxx@xxxx.xx.xx; the emails go to the same person, me). Today you draw money from my card for a new yearly subscription that I don't want to have. Please help me with this matter.
