I am getting "This service is not available in your country" error message when I try to buy pro subscription or submit a support ticket. I cannot see any indications of "my country" in my profile or settings. For a background, two years ago I moved from Russia to Israel and also got Israeli citizenship, and I believe there should not be any problem to perform those tasks with geni. Could you please help to fix it?

Geni Support Team Hi Nikita, I see that you still have your current location set to Russia on your profile. You can click "Edit Profile" on your profile page to update that. Once that is updated, you should be able to upgrade.
