Unable to create PDF
When I click on the printer icon at the bottom of the page it spends a lot of time creating a chart but when it's done I can't download it

Geni Support Team Hi, can you please provide more information about what happens when you try to download the PDF? When the file is ready for download, it should open in a new tab in your browser. Does this happen? Do you receive an error message?
Please let us know what device you are using and what browser/version.

A new tab does open in my browser after I click on "Download", but it remains blank and the address that appears in it is: about:blank -

Geni Support Team Hi, can you please try this again but this time leave the about:blank tab open for a long time (about 10 minutes) and see if it eventually shows up?

I left the tab open for a long time beyond ten minutes and nothing happened -
Geni Support Team Thanks for the update. Can you check your browser to see if you have any browser add-ons or extensions that may be blocking the download?

Job Waterreus If your browser supports it you can also try incognito mode (most add-ons are not active there)

I have given all the related permissions
I was browsing incognito
