Tree will not open and load

  Hi Charles, can you please provide more details about your issue. What type of device and browser/version are you using? Do you receive an error message?

  I am using a Microsoft based PC, and have tried several Engines: Chrome, Brave, Echo etc. There have been NO error messages, however when I click on "Tree", I get a blank screen. As my tree is rather large, I assumed it might take longer to load, so I've waited significant time periods.

  Do you want to look at https://www.geni.com/family-tree/index/5613578604690104626?

  You could check your settings for the number of generations to show (using the gear icon) and set those values lower to see if that helps.

  At the moment, I see that your tree is set to display one generation of ancestors and two generations of descendants so it shouldn't take too long to load. If you use an incognito window, does the tree display?

  Are you able to load your tree on another device, such as a phone or a tablet?
