Unable to send messages

hello,

I am replying to your post dated January, friday 3rd:

"Hi, when you first initiate sending a message, are you doing it from an unclaimed profile page and clicking on "Contact Profile Manager" or are you going from a user's page and clicking on "Send a Message" ?

Also, can you let us know what browser/version you have tried and what type of device you are using?"

My answers:

1. I am using my GENI Pro connection. I react to an action from a manager did => the name of the manager  is actually a link, I clicked on the link and it opens a dialogue box that I filled with a message. Then I tried hard to send the message with the on purpous button, but the message does'nt go away.

2. I am connecting to GENI with FIREFOX, from my personnal  +> DELL (Inspiron 17)  computer.
