Hello, I have a question about private profiles and being able to access those trees. My aunt was our family historian and tracked genealogy, however she passed away over a year ago. Recently, I've started the attempt to collect her materials and research because I don't want to leave her work unfinished. I have found what is extremely likely her profile (her name is very unique and matches the timeline of her research)
Is it possible at all to get access and view private family trees? Would I need to talk to Geni staff? I don't know if she even created a large tree or not, but I would like to check to see if it's her profile, or even provide names of relatives to verify that she created a family tree. She was very passionate about genealogy and if she has an online record like this it would be very helpful to access to continue her memory and legacy.
Just putting the question out there if anyone has had a similar situation. I've only just found this site so I'm not entirely sure how to go about the request. Thank you
