The timeline tab in GENI allows entering a start date and end date.
For example
Event: Mike Alvarez attended high school
Start Date: 1976
End Date: 1980
However, in the GEDCOM the entry is entered as:
1 GRAD
2 DATE 1976
So when I import it into another tool the tool says that Mike Alvarez graduated in 1976, when that is the 1st year of high school. Graducation was actually on the 2nd date of 1980. If GENI knows it is a graduation date, then why not use the End Date instead of the Start Date?
