Hi,

I received an offer to renew Geni Pro. However, when I followed the link, only one option was available: 5 Years of Geni Pro at a much higher price.
I'd like to accept the offer I got. How do I proceed?

  Hi Karl, we're sorry for the confusion. It appears there was still an old coupon offer still on your account. We removed it and you should now see the current sale price for a 1-year subscription. Can you please try again?
