Hi,
I manage my father's profile on Geni and need help enabling the DNA tab.
Here are the facts:
- The profile is Male, Living, and our relationship is Biological
- I am a Manager of the profile
- The profile is not claimed (my father does not have an account)
- The DNA tab is not appearing, even after logging in from different browsers and waiting
I would like to link his Family Tree DNA test, but I cannot proceed without the DNA tab.
Can a Geni moderator or admin please review and enable the DNA tab?
