Hi, the payment form is not accepting any of my cards due to "VITAL information".
But my info is correct and I have had no issue with this previously. It appears the issue may be the "state/province" field, which does not appear in my bank's personal details form (Kiwibank, New Zealand) so therefore cannot be populated on Geni and therefore will continue to tell me there's a mismatch. (Unless the problem is something else, but everything else is fine.)
This means I can't even renew my subscription to Pro. Can this be addressed URGENTLY please as there is a special offer until 22nd June which I want to use, as NZD is twice the amount as it is in USD due to exchange rate.
