I am failing to update change my youngest daughter details while I am able to change /update all others.
The surname has been spelt with small letter and I want to change to capital. Her current location has also been changed.
She probably claimed her profile.
If she wants to allow family members to edit her profile she should adjust the setting https://www.geni.com/account_settings/profile_privacy to allow family to edit her profile.
Hi Henning, Job is correct. Your daughter claimed her account with her email address. She will need to log into her account to make the changes. She may also update her privacy settings to allow close family to edit her profile using the link above.
