Difficulty renewing membership - seems to be a bug

I am attempting to renew my membership, which expires on July 30. I have been offered a 20% discount if I renew it within a 7-day window. Some of the time has already gone by. Each time I fill in the information with my name, address, credit card, security code, etc, the transaction is rejected. I would like someone to respond to me so that I can take advantage of the renewal of Geni Pro for $119 plus tax. Thank you. Kevin Hollingsworth
