Matches

I just posted a question about other services (MyHeritage) where i explained all of this is completely new to me, so i ask your forgiveness if this is a dumb question!

 

I received a notice from Geni via email stating i have "matches i might have missed".

I follow the link provided therein, the one that explicitly states: "View my Matches" and i am shown a screen that explicitly states: 

There are currently no matches for the "Managed by Me" collection.

Check other collections using the drop-down at the top right.

And so i try each one, from "My Relatives" through "Managed by my Collaborators" and i repeatedly get the same message as shown hereabove.

Not impressed. Can someone explain what is going on?
