I have been denied access very frequently lately. I notice that several other people have been getting the Error 16 message too. What can I do to avoid this? I don't recall this having happened before you started having us check the "I am not a robot" box. I tend to use Geni almost every day, but this is annoying. Hi Brent, we're sorry to hear about your troubles accessing the site. Can you please send a screenshot of the error page? We need to see the IP address you are coming from at the time of the error so we can unblock it.
Can you let us know how frequently are you seeing the "I am not a robot" prompt?

Ideally, you should only see the "I am not a robot" prompt once. We will investigate why it is constantly popping up for you. Does it appear when you do a specific action or visit a specific page?
The "Access Denied Error 16" message again just now--after not having seen it since you unblocked my account. I'm really frustrated because it seemed that the problem had been solved. It happened immediately after getting the "I am not a robot" message. The "IAMAR" has still been showing up at least 5 times every evening, but I had been able to keep working until tonight.

I am still blocked tonight. Same IP and Proxy IP numbers as on 8/1/25. However, the ID is 108080-100.

Are you logged into your account when the "I am not a robot" prompt appears? It should not continue to pop up if you are logged into your account.
If you get it again while you are logged in, can you please send a screenshot of the page?
