hardcoded limit in codebase

it looks like there is hardcoded limit 15000 which:

1. probably limits finding another way how people are connected
2. goes against geni.com purpose (one big family) as limits relatives to only 15 000 (if person is deep enough in history - 400y+)

listed statistics are in czech language but displays what i saw on many others. statistics are for https://www.geni.com/people/Vlad-Dracul-II-Grand-Voivode-of-Wallachia/6000000002447338039

can you please fix it?

  Hi Jiri, for performance reasons, the number shown in statistics is 15,000. 

  However, that does not mean that you are not connected to more. The number shown does not limit finding how people are related. After all, there are over 200 million profiles connected to the World Family Tree.
