My heritage acct frozen so guessing Geni took over. Go to log in and all my stuff is there(email and password but I got the message similiar to the above. Something like (Can't have "." in email after @ symbol.). That makes NO sense since all emails have that to work.
Finally, had to change password since it says it's been a year. Why not just say that so we don't keep digging around trying to figure it out. Thanks for your help!
