I renewed my Geni Pro as per the offer (50% discount). The bank approved the charge. However, the Geni website states that my order did not go through. The reason may be that the program asked for the state/province but did not give the option to select Pirkanmaa.

Geni Support Team Hi Mauri, I see that the transaction was declined on our end. Can you please try again? The state/province can be entered manually. Are you not able to fill in the field?
