Too many credit cards - offer expiring...

Hello,

I’m trying to upgrade my account to Geni Pro today before the current 50% discount offer expires (October 12 2025). However, every time I try to submit my credit card details, I get the following error message:

"Luottokortin lisääminen ei onnistu tämän virheen vuoksi: Too many credit cards."

I have no saved credit cards in my account, so this must be a system-side issue. Could you please reset or clear any stored payment methods linked to my account so I can complete the upgrade before the offer ends?

  Hi Ritva, we have cleared the error message from your account. Can you please try again? You should have received another email letting you know that the offer has been extended.

  Hello!

  I have now same problem as Ritva abou.

  I tried to pay so many times, but ... "... Too many cards"   

  Please, could you help also me... I´d like to have GeniPro again :)
