Sadly my Father-in-Law passed away about a year ago. It caused a bit of family upset when the email digest of birthday reminders came around. I have been trying to enter a death date but am unable to edit his profile. Is it only account managers who can do this?
Hi Kristinn, we're sorry to hear about your loss. If you are unable to edit his profile, then it is likely because he had claimed his account with his email address. You may report his account as Deceased by going to his profile page, click "Actions," and select "Report." In the dropdown, select "Deceased," leave a comment, and send the report.
