I had added information including DNA months ago and none of it was there today. I began trying to rebuild the tree and add the DNA but it won't let me because it says I already download the DNA results from Ancestry. I can't find where those results are located.

It appears you had a duplicate account, which is where you uploaded your DNA test results. We have now merged your accounts.
In your DNA tab in the autosomal DNA section, you will see that your Ancestry results were uploaded successfully. Please note this data is being stored for now while we complete work that will include this data in future matches. As soon as it is complete, we will have the DNA matches available to you.
