Bjørn P. Brox Such might happen if a deleted profile has been restored. Check the revisions and the connections on the unknown profile. If you are a Pro user you might have to send in a support request on that one, but if you locate the profile that has been restored you could try to delete and restore it again after a minute.

Roxane Abiel Logan Hi I'm not sure if you can help but here goes. I'll explain my family tree and tell you what went wrong and see if you can help.
I've added my dad and my mom, and my dad had an daughter before marriage and I added the lady name along with my half sister and all her different kids and different baby fathers. Now one of my niece joined the tree and added her grandmother name and spelled it wrong therefore creating another person with my dad. She also added her uncled on her mom side, and because she didnt add it properly, it looks as if they are my dads kids.
I have have deleted her uncles and some of her siblings that I've added but because she sign up I cant delete her page to delete her grandmother and fix it. She claimed she dont remember the email and password to enter it. Shes busy at work. The thing is, the place where her grandmother name should be says "add person". when I edit it, it gives me a new person. I need access to her profile to change it.
