I can't enter to my account

Hello Jeni support team.

Sorry to write my problem as a "BUG", but I didnt find a correct place to do so.

I have already a big tree under my name in English - Uri Haruvi - but when I tried to log in with my code and email I found sorprisely my name in hebrow - אורי חרובי - and as a new user.

I don't want to start a new tree. What sould I do?...

  You logged in with an account created and abandoned in 2013.
  
  You have another account still intact with your english name, last logged in in November.
  
  The solution is simple: Log out and try to log in again with the email you used for the other account.
