Getting rid of dupicates

My daughter tried to help by opening her own account. Then we tried to merge them. Now she and her mother are there twice and I cannot merge them or remove them. She closed her account hoping that would help but it didn't.

   I have checked and it is solved. Closing her account is not the answer, but getting the help of curator is. The problem is that you need extra rights to merge or remove living and active profiles. It is for the protection of the living, but it can also getting in the way of a nice and clean tree. For the next time  post a request in https://www.geni.com/discussions/178003
