Hello i tried adding a location of birth, i typed in "Hamburg, Germany" nothing, i typed in my district aswell and tried other combinations, nothing
i even tried to put in something super common like "London, England" but i get nothing... no location suggestion and when i simply go on "safe" it disappears anyways.
The Geni servers is a bit overloaded due to high traffic now, but in any case it is not often the suggested location which is based on todays locations fit, so I always click edit location details to add the historically correct values.
Edit locations details should work even if the location server is down. Please check if that works for you.
