Just not good enough really. Do you not gear up for an advertising exercise? Or are you simply lying to your users? You certainly need to provide a complaints mechanism - what service doesn't respect its customers - we are your business and yet we have not received a satisfactory service for 4 days. Are you hoping it will just go away? I guess you don't care what your customers think if you don't supply a complaints mechanism. But your not creating good will are you?
