The "Save" button is not working and I am unable to add family members to the tree. I have logged off and back on. I have done everything I can think of but the save button will not work.

Geni Support Team Can you clarity what type of cell phone you are using? You said, "Spectrum cell phone max" however, Spectrum is a service provider, not a cell phone model. Thanks.

Lawrence Taylor, Jr its not the phone its geni. already tried logging out etc nothing and my phone was just updated couple days ago. literally no button to add a relative father or mother on here just enter information but no save button on bottom.

name along with 7th pa and his 2nd wife trying to create profile for till figure out who he is. -

APPAN Try to change browser. Almost a week I have this problem..I downloaded Firefox and open the Geni.com now the problem solved

Geni Support Team Lawrence, let us know if you try a different browser, such as Firefox. It will be helpful to know if the problem occurs only in Chrome or with other browsers.

Lawrence Taylor, Jr fire fox allowed me to add some relatives but save button was still kinda glitchy ya won't allow on chrome etc save button not there.
