Relative slow in accepting invite to Geni, now appears to be locked out and wants in.

 My cousin, Dennis John Cook, born Thiele 4/10/1945, said he was busy when I sent him an invite to Geni on January 31, and consequently delayed accepting the invite.

When he eventually tried to accept the invite, he found he could not and emailed me on March 11, to say it appeared he was now "locked out'.

From what I can see of him in the "tree view", his email "box" is gone, as it should be and in "basics" his email address is shown as is normal, however the "living or deceased" line is missing.

Could you please make the "invite to Geni" available to him again as he genuinely wishes to build his branch.

I have spent several hours looking at various paths in the help centre, the community forum, as well as trying to manipulate his profile details in the hope that I could find a way to re-initiate the "invite" to Dennis, but all to no avail. I have run out of ideas.

  But my first reaction is create a new profile for your cousin so you can send a new invite to Geni. This not the most beautiful way so only use it if the rest does not work. After acception the request then the old and the new profile needs to be merged.
