Is anyone else have problems with SmartMatch? Last night sometime it stopped confirming them no matter how many times you hit the button. So, nothing get saved to the profile and you can’t clear the list. I logged a ticket as well.

Will Chapman (Vol. Curator) I'm experiencing exactly the same problem PLUS edits that I make to profiles are not being saved.

Will Chapman (Vol. Curator) For several days now I have able to confirm or reject matches or edit place names and some other fields in individual profiles.

Thomas P Andersen I have the same problem. It is very annoying, because I normally attach all matches, when I add a profile. Now I have to re-visit all profiles, when the issue is solved.

Jeroen M.W. van Dijk Sorry, I could not match the problems with the product SmartCopy, but the problems with SmartMatch you need to report here. SmartMatch is a product of Geni and MyHeritage. Again sorry. I did confuse SmartCopy with SmartMatch.
And I have also problems with SmartMatch. -
Tigran Łaczinian Quite unexpectedly it returned to normal behaviour after I've added a couple of new profiles to the tree and went to the fresh profile Record/Smart matches page, I was able to confirm on the new profiles and then on the old as well.

Jeroen M.W. van Dijk BTW if you have problems with SmartMatch or if it is not working you can also report a ticket at MyHeritage.
SmartMatch only works good for paying customers and if you are a paying customer of Geni then you can report an official ticket.
SmartMatch works better if you are also a paying customer of MyHeritage and if you are both then I suggest that you log a ticket at both.
This discussion is for unpaid support by other unpaid members of Geni.
On that reason the level of support is sometimes not that high.
