I found the common ancestor with two of my DNA matches that share overlapping segments with me. When I use the push pin from this ancestor the path to each of us is correct showing the appropriate great grandfather number. However the paths connecting us don’t even show him and there is no pat refresh option. Is this a bug or a common problem?

James Spraker My ancestor Larkin Johnston of Wythe County, Virginia, has been connected to Larkin Chew Johnston by someone (not me). My Larkin Johnston is NOT the son of Larkin Chew Johnston, but despite my best efforts, the system has not allowed me to edit this error. PLEASE HELP! I do not want erroneous information in my genalogy!
