Is there some way that the surnames will also be listed in the box on the tree along with the Christian Name?
The surnames seem to flash up briefly when the tree is loading but disappears again to just leave the Christian name present. As some of the relatives called their offspring the same Christian name this can be rather tricky to find which ancestor I am tracing in the first place.
I've tried to correct this in the privacy settings and I think it was the name display setting but whatever I set it on it still only shows the Christian name. I would prefer to have both Christian and Surnames in the box of the tree and was wondering if this is possible and how I can do it to make it permanently visible in the tree?
I also changed the parents in one of the listings and the names of the incorrect parents are still there and although not visible they are still there and I have tried to erase them and it won't let me do so.
I do find that sometimes this programme is very hard to use and not always user friendly.
