If she as a Pro user created a support ticked it would not be visible by other than herself and customer support.
In this case she (a Pro user) says she cannot even see it herself.
The message "pending approval" means exactly what it means.
She might have posted links or some text that is caught by the automatic spam / internet security system, so the message itself needs a manual approval by an admin to become visible.
You might be right. It has been added recently then. I never noticed this kind of behavior as a Pro user.
And yes, she had profile links included in her report.
