I'm trying to print a tree and I can't find a way to do it. I found a post from 2011 giving pretty clear instructions that don't seem to apply now. For instance, it says to click the printer icon in the bottom right corner of the tree, but there is no such button.
Also, I've tried the Free Family Tree Chart option, but it just gives me a mostly blank screen with a banner at the top that says "Customize your Family Tree Chart below. When you're finished, click Download." Under that, it says "Is your tree missing relatives?" and a link that says "Add people to this tree." Next to all that is a Download button which is grayed out. Below this banner is a blank gray field. Oh, and the "add people" link doesn't do anything either.
So how am I supposed to print a tree?
(By the way, I'm using Chrome, but I also tried with Microsoft Edge, just to see if it was a browser problem, but the same thing happens there too.)
