I have for some reason no longer access to a profile which I have added years ago. The Lady herself joined Geni late in her life, but did work with it, it was just for her family to show her. Now she has passed away and we cannot even update her profile with that information. What to do?

Sabine Langer There is a great mistake in my genialogie! My mother is Christl and i`am the daugther from her. But she has my name! And I can no add all my kids ... becase all the ather realtionships must be cut! Plaese help me!
