  Hi, thanks for your message. Can you please provide more details about the steps you took? Please let us know what version of the tree you have tried adding a person (Flash or HTML tree), and what browser and version you are using. Thanks!

  The web site freezes and isn't allowing me to add family members. I opened and reopened the site with Flash and Html but it's causing the same issue.
