When entering a location field (e.g., city) and I click on the city box, Geni usually creates a drop down menu with the most frequently entered cities, which I can select from. Recently this function will function correctly for 20-30 minutes and then stop working so that I have to type in the full city name. Just as mysteriously, it will start to work again later.
Terminating the session and the restarting does not correct the problem.
Is there a key combination that enables and disables this capability?
Also, this capability never worked when I was entering location data for where someone was married.
