Can I add a fictive name NN under a existing for example family.genealogy@gmail.com and give relatives the password to it so they then can see their family tree and eventually correct mistakes and add new family members and insert marriages and deaths?

  You can only create for profiles based on real persons. But it always possible to adopt a new son or daughter.

  You can add any manager to the family group. Even if their profile is not connected to the tree.
