"Connected" to Family Tree Dna, doesnt work

My results on family tree dna are available. Says im connected to family tree dna. When i try to disconnect it says error. Emailed them and they said on their part its not a problem. But when i try to upload on my dna results on geni it says i am connected to family tree dna. On the application page it says I have not authorized any applications. What to do?

 

I cant find any customer support email or phone for geni?
