can someone please tell me how to end my trial with geni, no phone number, can't email cause trial is only a basic package. I range My Heritage (parent company), they told me to write a ticket, Can't unless i upgrade. This is rediculous

Maralee Armour I have been ripped off! Beware of a site called MaryandJohn1630. I placed an order last April and have never received it. They also don't have anyway to inquire as to the reason nothing has been sent. It's a scam!
